Now wrecking this BMW X5 F15 fitted with the turbo diesel N57 engine. Diagnosed by a local workshop with hole in the side of the transmission. Turns out the front tailshaft uni-joint failed causing the shaft to hit the side of the transmission causing a great big hole! Complete vehicle and the engine still starts perfectly fine.
